CONTEMPORARY HOME EXTERIOR DESIGN - repost

I am looking for an Architect/Designer who can design the exterior facade of my house .I have designed my own contemporary house and the construction phase has already started . Since i have no architecture background i have run out of design ideas and i am looking for someone to help me complete the exterior facade design . The core design elements will be kept and you just need to provide a facade design that would complement the current contemporary look .And to make your life easy i will provide the 3D model designed in Google sketch Up . You need to provide : . Contemporary exterior design with 4 OPTIONS in jpeg format . 4 options should be completely different from each other (different colour schemes CANT be counted as options !) . 3 Night rendered images ( front , back , side view ) of the finalized design . Skill Requirement : .Should have a creative eye for contemporary design . Design should not involve major structural alteration . Should be good at google sketchUP & VRay(optional) you will be provided with : - FULL HOUSE 3D MODEL IN A GOOGLE SKETCH-UP FILE (.skp) - HOUSE IMAGES RENDERED IN LUMION - 10 pictures depicting the current construction progress taken at the construction site. - FLOOR PLAN ( if needed ) - A collection of pictures which can be used for inspiration Images attached : . Two rendered images of my exterior design . . 1 picture taken at the construction site depicting the current construction phase since you will be provided with the 3D model and the core design element will be kept , This job should be a breeze for a seasoned professional . If i am satisfied with your work then i might consider offering the interior designing fully to you . The project will be handed over to you depending on your portfolio and your freelancer RATINGS DONT MATTER to me . PLEASE UNDERSTAND I DON'T NEED PEOPLE JUST GOOD WITH RENDERING , I NEED SOME ONE WHO CAN DESIGN A HOUSE AND RENDER AS WELL . Thanks , josh
