Cut out (silhouette) portraits in Photoshop

Cut out approximately 30 photos of business portraits. The website design standard calls for silhouetted faces on orange background. Please find attached a before and after example. Using Photoshop's drawing and "Refine edges" tools, create the most believable cut-out possible. Some of the images are very low resolution so it is understood that on these you just do the best you can. (My attached example used one of the higher resolution, sharper images so looks better than others might). Note, only the area inside the guides (shown with the white frame) matters. I will crop the entire layered Photoshop file once the work is complete (please don't crop before).
