Photographer Retoucher for Portraits and Fashion

I am looking for a photo retoucher that can retouch portraits and do some fashion retouching. Please read the full description before applying. I currently have about 35 images that I am working on, but if it works out would like to hire someone in the future.\r\n\r\nClassic portrait retouching wanted, with some possible manipulation of backdrop (i.e. Creating more Depth of Field, colour adjustment, maybe a bit of cloning on a few of the images to make the backdrop match). Must be able to enhance lighting and bring detail out of shadows when needed, enhancement of eyes, lightening highlights and making the image pop. Colour correction is a must. \r\n\r\nPrefer the Natural Look, no softening or glow in the face. Basic, retouching of skin from acne, etc and clearing up fly aways and getting rid of any blowout portions on the skin (which their should not be many of). Match the colour aesthetic of an image that will be sent. Also, some adding or enhancing of lighting and detail. Please see examples attached. \r\n\r\nAnd this part was taken from someone else\\\'s description but it describes exactly what I need:\r\n\r\nTechnical retouch: white balance, sharpness, contrast. Must look REALISTIC, no soft glamour glow. \r\nAesthetics: Adjusting and unifying backdrop (photo studio, make all images match\r\nPhotos: Currently studio portrait shots. \r\nOutdoor photos: Weddings, not now but possibly in the future.\r\n\r\nRequired: Precision, fast turnaround and reliability and good understanding of English\r\n\r\nCould lead to long term collaboration, and helpful if you are good with blending modes. I like the photoshop style in the attached photos. Please send me BEFORE and AFTER shots of your work.
