Community Based Web-Site/Company Branded Web-Site

I created my website. www.wearexout.com. X-OUT is my Company name and we do Music,Model,TV, Promotions/Marketing. However I started a site to some what resemble [login to view URL] I know I would need millions to have a [login to view URL] site. However I would like to get a Community based Forum linked in my Navigation Bar, Media Section linked in my Nav Bar where in the Media Section it can somewhat resemble [login to view URL] section. However I would also like a Models section of my page where I will do all the updating of the Model Profiles and Bio's and I would like a section on my Page for My Company X-OUT TV where I will maybe upload Our Youtube Videos for X-OUT TV. I would like it like [login to view URL] where visitors can sign up for my page and they can use that sign in for the community forum so that it will be user friendly. I just need the basics of this installed into my page and im pretty sure I will be able to regulary update my page. I will also need a Flash Banner to have on Top of All pages inside my website. If anyone intersted please give me some bids. Also if any webmasters are intersted in helping design my page and we do a partnership with the page and build it into a new version of [login to view URL] and we can make tons of money I am very intersted. I am really intersted in partnership however I will pay upfront for my design.
