Catalog system needed

I am looking for someone to develop a website with that will allow people to catalog collections. The software would have to do the following. 1. Allow users to register account, login, and password 2. Each user can then input each item in there designated collection. Would you be able to upload pics, video, and numerous info about each item. 3. Would be able to view a gallery of pics of all item. 4. would be able to create a wish list of items they want. 5. would be able to create insuarance tickets and note repair information 6. would be able to export reports and back up databases. 7. Be able to keep track of trades/sales
