database bug fixes

I have an online registration database for my events that has various other features attached to it. It has been worked on by various programmers over the last couple of years - I am looking for AN INDIVIDUAL (I am not interested in working with a company/group)who is dependable, available, and can respond in a timely manner to problems or additions I need to make, and can complete the work by the time they say it will be completed. For the right person, I have a list of additional projects. For right now, there are two fixes needed (files attached). Problem #1 - in [login to view URL] file, this data is imported from a .txt file, and rows need to be in the same order that they were imported. It used to do this, but obviously, is not now. Also, the " in the location column are NOT in the .txt file so not sure where they are coming from. Problem #2 - there is a Reports page built in. There are multiple events that can be selected from the drop down box. For the [login to view URL], the Results runners_state is not separating the results by event; only the total is given of all the events. Please bid on this project based on the fixes need, but in a PM, please tell me what your hourly rate would be for future projects. Thanks very much, Paul
