add ftp file uploads to existing file manager/file upload program - david

Hello, The project is to add ftp file upload capability and a progress bar and messages to an existing file manager/file upload program that has been added to an existing website. Currently the program allows an admin to create new users (both admins and normal users) and assign them a password. Admins can view and control all files and regular users can only see the files in their own file upload area. The users should be able to choose the current (web) upload or an ftp option for file upload and a message should prompt them to use the ftp option for uploading larger files. A progress bar should show the progress of the file upload and messages should be output to show successful/unsuccessful termination of the file upload. We would like you to check the ability of added administrators - not sure they are functioning correctly - they should see the same screens as the main admin acct does and have the same functionality.
