Customize Dating Script Software

Need to customize a php dating software program. Must have worked on dating scripts, even better if you have done so on vldpersonals_dot_com 2 modifications below, plus will be doing further after these are done: #1. Custom code a directory for individual cities, like how some major dating companies do. for example: [login to view URL] I would want something like: [login to view URL] On the page will basically be the same for every city landing page - same wording except the "city" name will change. and they can create profile on that page. The keywords, metatags, title, and description will be the same except will change for the city. For example "city" singles, "city" dating will be Las Vegas Singles, Las Vegas Dating and on each city it will change. I'd like a database of all cities in the United States to be uploaded and all individual specific cities domain to be created automatically. I'd like it to be created as Search Engine Friendly and easily crawled. On the main page of the website, I want a link to say My City - when they click on that it will show the 50 states, when they click on their state, it will show all the cities in alphabetical order in that state. When they click on the city, it will bring them to the directory page, ie: They click on My City on the homepage, Click on Nevada, Click on Las Vegas and it will take them to: [login to view URL] #2.
