I need a customer service tracking system built using php and MySQL to be a module adaptable to joomla/mambo, using AJAX a-la-"grouphub"

There must be 4 levels of access

- Administrator

-- Customer Service

-- Tech supervisor

--- Technician

-- Accountant

The administrator will be able to edit all fields and create accounts for the other users. He will add their names and e-mails, and the user will receive an e-mail notifying them to go to the website and prompting them to choose a password.

The tech supervisor will be able to edit all fields except W and X, and he/she will be able to add technician accounts. When the Tech Supervisor adds a technician account the technician will receive an e-mail prompting them to choose a password and to input their cellphone number and carrier service for text messaging.

The customer service user will be able to add new clients and edit existing clients. In the F field forms, there will be an autocomplete option in AJAX a-la-gmail, that automatically fills in the remaining information for F-L

The process of the system is as follows (open the excel sheet to follow along):

1. Customer calls

2. Customer Support creates "new case" inputs data in the fields C to P, U and V, and saves.

3. Tech supervisor gets an e-mail notification of the "new case" and is prompted to log in so he/she can fill in and edit from fields C to V.

4.A text message will be sent to the selected technician with the information of F and P, and an e-mail to the accountant notifying them of the case and prompting them to login to input the data in fields XYZ

(The technician will be able to read all information except WXY, but they cannot edit anything.)

5. After the accountant closes the "status" the case gets placed on the "closed cases" section.

By default, when all the users login, they are taken to a list of open cases displaying F and C, then depending on the user they will be able to edit their appropiate fields.

There is no importance to the design just make sure its functional CSS so that joomla templates can be applied.
