Create a REST API in PHP to update / inquire tables (1347371)

This project is to create REST API similar to the guidelines in this article posted here [url removed, login to view] to update, insert, and retrieve data from database tables as defined in the attached sql statement. The authentication for the API should come from the tradesystems table (user will need to provide SYSTEMID and SYSTEMPASSWD) There should be the following functions: 1. Update users - Update user data based on the info passed (such as update the password). 2. List all users - List all users linked to the system the user provided as credentials. (the usersystemx table is the cross-reference). 3. Add user - add a record into the tradeusers table and in the usersystemx table for the system the user provided as credentials. If the tradeusers record already exists (based on acnt_id and password), then only a usersystemx record should be added. 4. Delete user - delete the record in tradeusers and the associated usersystemx record. However, the delete of the tradeusers record should only occur if there is no other usersystemx record. This should be written in PHP and use the ADODB library.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
