Convert psd to Joomla Template

I need someone familiar with Joomla and familiar with converting and creating templates. Project is for 3 website psd files that will need to be converted into 3 joomla templates that will have an average of 4-5 module positions each. Requirements: * MUST be familiar with Joomla Templating System as the templates will need to be compatible with Joomla extensions. * MUST be proficient with PHP * MUST be Reliable and Good Communicator. * MUST show example of PHP work. * MUST acknowledge these requirements in your bid!
