Contractor's Database

We are looking for someone to design and implement an online database in php/mysql, with an optional version for palm pilots and palm phones (for viewing the projects and deadlines), with the biggest focus on the functionality of the database (backend). The front-end is not that important and anything that looks organized and well laid out is good enough. Our client requires a database that would keep track of his clients, projects, deadlines, etc. Here are some details to give you an idea of what is expected and needs to be covered in the final product: - 5-6 different kinds of contacts (clients, architects, owners, builders, bidders), sorted in a specific way, easily searchable and updateable - sorted list of clients with a few criteria for every one (preset criteria, some minor calculations to get totals for each client required), easily searchable and updateable as well - a few different states a job can be in (pending, active, etc) and an ability to create/update reminders for each job (since the database needs to be able to hold at least 500 jobs, closed and active), an integrated calendar of these reminders as well. - ability to view a certain job in a single page, laid out in a specific way that allows for quick printing and viewing. Also, if you are not willing to make a few changes to the product before our client is fully satisfied (meaning, if you want to get this done AT ONCE), please do not bid. Our experience tells us that even as hard as we try to get all the requirements in from the client, they are never fully satisfied with the first or second draft that we produce for them, so please, do not apply if you are not willing to at least revise this once or twice (smaller changes and updates only, of course). Ability to export the projects/contact info in XLS or CSV file for viewing in MS Excell would also be nice, for offline viewing.
