Change five WP themes from Photoshop

I have 5 WP themes designs in photoshop that I'd like to convert to working WP theme. They are each based on existing free theme with different graphics. The syntax used is like [[ I'm [WEALTH] financially ]] meaning that if the WEALTH field is empty, don't show anything.
