HTML and MYSQL are all established but small basic PHP tasks are required - such as completing a MYSQLdump and writing to file; establish a simple passwording/login cookies in PHP for authorised users; establish a simple double opt-in function in WordPress. Advice on best way to achieve the objective invited. More work available once a working relationship is established.
