Basic PHP Script - 30 Minutes & 5 STAR FEEDBACK

Script: Simple PHP Script to run in CRON every 3 minutes. It should check one table for new records. Then copy data from that new record to a new table and generate a random 5 digit code or (character & numbers - both lowercase & upper case). Script should be able to keep track of new records. Estimated Time Required: 30 minutes You must be able to start work immediately.
