Asterisk caller id Popup with script

Need a reciptionist when she answers a phone, to popup a "Hellow" script, based upon inbound caller id, on her computer screen. Will need a place for the user to add phone numbers and a script to be read by the reciptionist. Want to use existing Trixbox information Extension and ID, and also an additional pararameter for additional security. This should be accessable through a web client Has to work in the Trixbox environment. Ideally it will have an installer for the server
