Need solution for bulk whatsapp sms and do checking for the whatsapp numbers without getting any block from whatsapp - reposts

i have already the PHP library to interact with Whatsapp but every time whatsapp do any update or protocol change this php liberary get block for doing any function so am in need for solution to bulk whatsapp sms without getting any block from the whatsapp this solution have to do this functions :- - bulk the whatsapp sms . - checking/filter the registered whatsapp numbers from the file number , - using the new registered whatsapp numbers for sending message from it . - bulk high amount of numbers like 100k or 250k or 500k of messages . - bulk images & video & sound file . - extract reports for whom reciept the message and who is not and who is opened it and who is not . this all above functions is very important and we can not miss any functions from it 3 days to finished it from the date of acceptance bidders have to show me thier latest project that mean am only accept the bidders that did like this project before and have good experiences thank you
