Build an Online Store

Hi, I wonder if you can create a script for me (php I think)? If so please quote me. I have a paid membership website built with OCPortal CMS and am using CCBill as a payment gateway and merchant account. I require a custom script to be created that I will place on my server and that will capture transaction information from a system know as Webhooks that CCBill uses. CCBill present the creation of the script as something I could do myself but I can't.
