Design a University Payment/Registration Website

Hello, Please I will like you to design a website where students can pay their school fees and register their courses online. For the school fees, you will have to create several categories of pins with the pins having specified amounts of money which is their school fees. For example, you can have pins having a value of $100 each, others with values of $200 and others with values of $300. So with the pin, the student will go ahead to register their courses online. Now the school authority should be able to see how much have been paid in within a specified period, within a semester, within a year and such. The website will have two sections for the students. One willl be for the regular students and another for the sandwich students. So the profiles of each of the student needs to be registered online and also their photos and signatures. You need to make it easy for people to register online. When they choose their department, session and year of studies, the software should be able to bring out the courses under that department and other details of the courses. I will like this project to be completed within four days as the school is in desperate need of it. After this project, I will like us to discuss about doing a portal for the school and I hope to be able to afford paying you much more for that portal.
