I'm interested in bids for a community based ratings website, where users rate the service provided.
I'm interested in a simple, but extendable design, that looks simple, and intices the user.
Layout would be 3 columns wide, allowing room at the top for a header, and navigation would be on the left, or alternatively, navigation might be below the header.
Essentially, the layout needs to be "clean", and complete.
It's for a technical community website, which will have numerous features, and user signup / login will be one, so a login box would be ideal.
There is only need for a single page to be completed.
Your layout should where possible, also conform to the relevant standards (well formed HTML). Run it through the W3C validator - though I will take good looking mildly bad formed as well.
To bid, I'm looking for those who have an OK rating, and some samples of previous work, and if possible, a mock screenshot of their planned design- or some idea of what you plan to do for me.
Colors are pretty open on this job, but I would prefer blues / reds or greens.
