Dating Site Graphics and Banners

I require a graphic for my dating website to go in the header, probably a gif or very simple animated gif with transparent background. It will be a goofy comedy donkey (think shrek donkey charecter) with a couple of lovers sat on its back holding hands, i can show an example of the kind of thing im looking for. Also, i will require 3 flash banners creating, i can give an example of one i made myself. Both the gif graphic and the banners will look slick and very professional. You would be required to insert the graphic into the header of my website and insert the 3 banners in a rotating sequence on the site as well. On completion i will require all the graphics and banners in a zip with clear instructions in laymans terms on how to re-insert the graphics etc in my site should i need to again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
