Customization of existing website. Limited to US bidders

The website is already built but lacks customization and main page/home page. The layout needs to be simple yet professional. Only HTML skills are required but skills that could add additional esthetic features to the website can be implemented i.e flash, java, etc. The website already has several database and Perl script products installed. I would prefer if the individual who customizes the website uses NetObjects Fusion 9. I am willing to obtain temporary access to NetObjects Fusion 9.0 for this project. However, what ever website editing tool you are proficient with is acceptable. After this project I will need to customize 3 additional websites. The additional websites will require less work and can use the same templates as the website currently being quoted but will require different colors and graphics which I will provide. All additional work will only be accepted within the guide lines and auspices of RentACoder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
