I need an HTML/CSS design converted into a DotNetNuke skin. The design has been built with DotNetNuke in mind, so someone with expertise in creation of DotNetNuke skins should have no trouble performing the conversion. The design uses one master skin and four special containers. The first module in the left and right pane will have their own container, and the left and right panes will each have their own standard container as well, for modules that are not the top module in the layout. It will be up to the site administrator to make sure they choose the correct container for each module, in order to make sure the design shows correctly. The default DotNetNuke installation should be able to use the skin easily with no distortion of content. The print and collapse buttons found in each block are not required. This MUST look and function IDENTICALLY in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Please do not bid for this job if you have never created a DotNetNuke skin or if you are not extremely skilled with CSS and tableless layouts, as these skills are required in order to effectively complete the job. I have attached the design to the bid request. If you are going to bid on the job, please download and inspect the design, including both the HTML and CSS and make sure that it is within your skill level to do this. Note the skin must be named INGENI-GERMANY. The containers should be INGENI-GERMANY-TOPLEFT, INGENI-GERMANY-TOPRIGHT and INGENI-GERMANY-MAINLEFT and INGENI-GERMANY-MAINRIGHT.
