I am looking for someone to program a web page for voting purposes only. Web hosting, page design/layout, and graphics will be supplied by me. I only need you to do the back-end work. The web page will have several categories with varying numbers of choices. Visitors should be only allowed to vote once. Results should be provided only to me live, and I will need the ability to turn off the voting after the contest is finished.
