Completing an asset management website by integrating a client account login area

Need a coder with coldfusion development experience. He is to complete a user account area of a site with the following details: 1. create user account for clients to access and view their account statement online/ real-time via the website. 2. add to the existing admin area the form to upload and update the user account activity. 3. the admin area will, add new client/user, update the user account activity with the following info: Client Name, Account Number, Address, CSCS Ac Number, Transaction Date, Narration/Description of Transaction, Debits, Credits, Account Balances Uncleared Balances, Cleared Balances, Statement Period and provide a reproting tool for admin use. 4. He would also create user authentication priviledges (e.g. username/password). The coder must use Coldfusion for the scripting and mySQL db.
