Build a simple PHP scraper (2)

We need someone to build a basic PHP scraper that will scrape certain data from a particular site and paste the code into our MySQL database. This code will be based off of our old scraper application, also built in PHP, which is now outdated because the target site changed their HTML layouts drastically. You will be given: 1. A pre-developed MySQL database (with some sample data) 2. All the code for our old system that scraped the same data before the website changed. You're welcome to write the scraper from scratch and ignore our old code if you think it will be easier, or if you want you can build off the old one, or even fix the old one. It's your call as long as you can keep your code changeable (hard coded logic is okay) in case of minor HTML changes on their end, modular, error-free, smart to catch parsing and downloading issues, etc. Please see the clarification board for further instructions.
