Are you an expert in using PHP and XML parsing/packet sending?(repost)

I need a PHP script that uses XML parsing and packet sending to communicate with the Plesk 8.1 API. Plesk is a web hosting manager if you're not familiar with it. Here's the Plesk API Developer's Guide: [login to view URL] Here's the Plesk API Reference Guide that contains the function/method calls of the API: [login to view URL] This script needs to do the following: 1) Create New Client in Plesk 2) Assign my server's IP address to the Client's IP Pool. 3) Create a new Domain which is associated with client. 4) Setup Physical Hosting for that Domain. If you're familiar with coding PHP to communicate with Plesk 8.1's API or with XML packet sending and parsing, this should be a quick and easy task. Please don't bid unless you have experience with this and can do this very quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
