wordpress sql setup, localhost problem

I am having issues with my localhost wordpress site. I run it on Wamp server. I think that there is some issues with sql database or a wrong setup because when I start wamp on go to localhost only opening page is presented and when I click on other menu items it goes online to my remote server. I need someone who can get on a team viewer and get it fix. I know it has to be an easy fix....
