Customzing a Wordpress Theme Homepage Layout - Clipper Coupon Code Theme - retailmenot.com

Dear freelancers, we are in the process of building a coupon code website - similar to retailmenot.com. For this purpose we have already purchased the wordpress Theme "Clipper" by appthemes: [login to view URL] We are looking to replicate this site's layout style: [login to view URL] - this should be the layout orientation. The main things which must be changed are: Header ; Main Menu Design ; Homepage Layout Here are the main points to consider: Header (order&content): - Logo / text to write into right part of header - Tab with Search bar and A-Z selection bar for shops - Main navigation Menu --? just like on [login to view URL]: 5 Tabs: Home ; Top Coupon Codes ; New Coupon Codes ; Categories (with megamenu) ; All Stores Homepage (order&content - below main menu): --? just like on [login to view URL]: 1) Regular Content Field (e.g. for graphics) with 2/3 of space, then newsletter sign up 2) Below regular content field across entire width (for graphics) 3) 3 Columns layout: Top Coupons ; New Coupons and Categories (Replicate design of Top And New Coupon --? should be automatic (so add new coupons autimatically. 3. column (Category column) can be regular manual content field) 4) Regular Content Field across entire width 5) Regular Content Field across entire width Single Coupon Page: Currently the Clipper Theme has an individual page for each single coupon - this is NOT needed. Single coupons will not have a separate page for themselves, but will simply be grouped in the shop page (as done on [login to view URL]) -- please remove this functionality that an own page is created once a coupon is created in wordpress. Other pages (e.g. Stores etc:): Must not be made any changes to. NOTE: We are not looking for perfected finalized Designing etc - we want the functions to work and the layout and core design elements to get done, so we can then drag and drop the widgets, content and graphics to the appropriate places. We will then make the finishing touches on the design style (so colors, graphics etc. ourselves - but the core design elements should of course be there, so we can modify them ourselves then - this means, if appropriate, for example the hover effect should be there - but the color of it is not important).
