I need a relatively simple wordpress theme coded. It must be reponsive. I will provide all of the design elements as PSDs. There is no complicated functionality, except for a homepage slideshow (must be mobile ready) that allows the client to upload their own photos and captions within wordpress. Phase 2 of the project will include a member portal. If Phase 1 goes well I will hire you again to build the member portal. Wordpress is already installed and most of the content will be entered.
