Creating a comment sharing plugin to add facebook and email sharing on each comment

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.6.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 2.0
The site has 140 active plugins.
In the past, I had a freelancer customize a sharing plugin for me. The plugin is based on Sharedaddy

Attched is the customized plugin.
The plugin adds several customized sharing options at the end of each post. This plugin and its behaviour should stay unchanged.
I need another plugin created, based on this plugin. The plugin should add 2 sharing icons on each comment - email + facebook. The exact position of the icons will be decided during the work after seeing the possible options
done by the freelancer.
The sharing should behave the same the exiting sharing buttons (for example the facebook thumbnail should work, clicking on the envelope link should open the mail application and create a similar mail).
Freelancer should send me a plugin to install. Freelancer will not have access to my sites.
Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project.
