Create a deal aggregator site (simiral to yipit)

Hello I would like you to build for me a deals aggregator site preferably in wordpress that will automatically import feeds from an xml affiliate feed. Import can be done by using "wp all import" plugin which I have already bought. So what I need is to build (or redesign any existing) me a wp theme that will display all deals imported from the xml feed, i want it to look simiral to yipit f possible. Budget is very low so low offers will be accepted. thank you.
