We are looking for a Wordpress Developer who can convert our existing HTML website to Wordpress. Project Description: > For this first phase, we need an exact replica of the HTML Website - Develop website in Wordpress - SEO optimization - Deploy on Wordpress environment - Compatibility to mobile and tablet platforms - Multi-language version compatible > Possible next phases could be: - Regular requests for new pages and updates Some Notes: > We are also open to your recommendations and advise, marketing or technical, to improve the website > Our internal team should be able to easily edit the content and images using Wordpress admin panel. > We will provide technical support for the integration. Description of existing site: > Developed in HTML > Consists of 2 parts: Commercial Website and Application. Only the commercial website will be converted to Wordpress. > Has a pricing page/registration that is integrated to Paypal > Has forms for registration Requirements: > Minimum 2 years experience of PHP programming, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript > Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & standard plugins. > Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level: - Theme/Template integration if needed/possible - Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions - Creation of custom post types - Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards - Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code > Experience creating multi-lingual websites Advantageous > Knowledge and experience in SEO optimization > Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues
