Hi, You should really use Apache or a firewall to accomplish this as it will save your server resources by not having to run PHP for traffic that gets blocked. If you insist on using a WP plugin there is already several WP plugins that use the maxmind geoip database to block users by country but I don't know of any that also work by city, county. I could modify the iQ Country Block WP plugin and add support for city, state. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the options further please let me know. Thanks, Derek
