Budget calculator for wordpress - repost

I want a budget calculator Wordpress plugin like this: [login to view URL] Calculator will calculate what will cost reform of a house or apartment. Price will be calculated based on the size of the house or apartment. In administration panel of Wordpress there should be options to add products . There will default list of products that the budget includes for example tap water, etc.. The user can change the list. for example, if the user wants to change the water tap for a more expensive or cheaper.
