Circuit Design Needed

Dear Coders I need a good team develop a project for me. The project is going to be a part of an automation project and this involves in transmitting Wireless data from a device / PC. i.e For eg assume the PC's serial port. What ever I transmit over on PC's serial port should be received by the other PC's serial port wirelessly. You can use technology like Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / what ever it. But I should not be having even a single wrong data. The reason I'm pointing out this is we had a coder who did it using RF transmission, but the project and money is entirely waste since data transmitted over RF has hell a lot of data loss. I dont want this to happen here. When completed the coder should be able to deliver the circuit along with required materials & components. First thing I want to know is what you are going to use to complete it. If everything is fine I will accept the bid and you should deliver me the circuit. Please also note that the circuit should be very simple. please be serious and clear with what you are going to do. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
