C# client web-services modules (Facebook, Picasa)

We need 2 C# modules for the Facebook Photos and Picasa Web Albums APIs to be used with our .NET framework. We may also have additional modules beyond these in future, and may require enhancements to the framework itself. See the API details here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Note: We've already implemented most of the Facebook module using their library, but need it to be self-contained. You need an excellent knowledge of HTTP, packet sniffing, web service APIs, XML, REST, JSON, ... Please include a comment describing your experience, or examples of prior *related* work. You will implement all the required methods (e.g. auth, albums listing, photo listing, create album, upload, ...), and available metadata properties, in a suitable manner for use by the framework, without using external libraries. We will provide an example module and a test application to the selected bidder for review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
