Delphi 2006 / WebSnap / Intraweb Developer Needed

We have a current application written using Borland Developer Studio 2006 (Enterprise or Architect) using WebSnap and Intraweb. There are web modules utilizing Intraweb and there is a win32 client access data via a tWebModule. We need an individual or company that can enhancements this existing project. This individual MUST be proficient in the use of these development tools and also familiar with Interbase 7.x. If you had to classify this project it would be a very small CRM, an administration web module for adding users and running reports on the data, and several web modules dealing with web pages being served to prospects. Our primary need is for our administration form to be replaced with a new form. This form will be part of an existing win32 client and will gather data from the web server via tWebModule. The data is a simple master/client dataset which needs to be pulled down to the win32 client. Once on the client the administrator needs to be able to filter this data by 4 or 5 different filters and refetch the data again if needed by a date range. Each record is assigned to a particular user. The administrator needs to be able to select records and assign them to a new user as well. This is basically all that is needed. This project may lead to future projects so we consider this a test pilot for larger things. The winning bidder MUST be proficient in English and must be willing to communicate on a daily basis while working on any portion of our project. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
