Datbase Data to Excel

<p>We have an Access db that we use for billing and creating work orders for our boat owners. In that db is a table for our parts inventory that contains about 3000 (and growing) records. That table is attached in the zip file.</p><p>I know how to create a data link from that table to Excel. What I do not know how to do and what I am seeking bids for is this:<p>I want to be able to populate forms that I may create, such as a purchase order, from the table. In the case of a PO I want to be able to type in the data from one of the table columns (CYOA Part Number, for instance), have the field auto fill as I type and then be able to tab through the remaining fields that I may have established for that form (such as Description, MFG Part Number, and so forth) and then I will manually enter the quantity that I want to order and the form will prepare for another line of input.</p><p>I want to be able to enter a couple of pages of items, have headers on each page and potentially total one or more columns depending on the form in question (invoice for example).</p> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 and XP Office 2000 and up
