Custom windows app

Must understand EDCAST (streaming software) [login to view URL] Must be good with php / amember This project involves taking edcast sourcecode and creating a custom windows application that will run on all platforms from XP > 8 Users will enter there amember username & password to login to the software, if they have a valid subscription then the program will automatically download the latest settings to allow them to connect, and direct them to a webpage in inbuilt web browser, upon program close the connection settings will be deleted. and user logged out. if the user does not have a valid subscription it will redirect them to the purchase page to enable them to renew and close the program. i have attached a layout on how the program will look (this is ruff ofcourse) this should be a simple program as edcast soucecode is now free to download, There will also need to be a settings page where users select there input device and set there levels to.
