Configure MS Exchange & Sharepoint Services

Install & configure MS Exchange 2003 on server, integrate fax receiving capabilities built into Exchange Server, install and configure MS Business Contact Manager, customize Sharepoint services to allow central document depositories, and separate link pages for different practice areas. I Have a second server available for installing Exchange Server, if necessary. That computer also has the Web server version of Server 2003 premium pre-installed. Configure Outlook 2003 on six on-site computers to integrate with the installed Exchange server. Presently have SBS 2003 installed and working on a domain, and Sharepoint services installed and useable from the client computers. The place of business is Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Would like a custom logo for the Sharepoint Services main page, but this is not a required element (specify whether this would be a deliverable). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server 1: SBS premium 2003, Exchange Server, 2003, Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Sharepoint Services, Business Contact Manager. Server 2: SBS Web services version (presently unused). Client Computers: XP Pro (SP2), MS Office 2003. Logmein free version installed on the server, and one of the client computers. If someone were to attempt to accomplish this remotely, I would install logmein free on all of the local computers. I would expect the price to consider the work is done off-site, and requiring a large amount of my intervention (loading software), if that is how it is to be accomplished. There is a SonicWall firewall installed on a fractional T-1 internet connection.
