I am looking for a developer who can work with me to develop a game that both adults and children can play in order to educate themselves on some basic wellness and lifestyle principles designed to promote optimum health.

Below is a very basic description of the game's premise, and basic features:

Wellness game:

Premise - Players attempt to navigate a path to optimum

wellness. Along the way they encounter environmental

obstacles like junk food, sleep deprivation, lack of exercise, illness, contaminated water supplies, pollution, etc. These obstacles drain the health account of the players ultimate resulting in running out of energy and losing the game.

Players can avoid or survive the obstacles and continue on the path to optimum health by making proper health choices like selecting good nutrition sources like balanced meals, low glycemic carbohydrates etc.

These selections replenish the health account, allowingthe players to have more energy and to accellerate their journey to optimum wellness.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The program must be delivered in both a web based format that would operate from a website, and a format that can be installed to run on a standalone PC.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
