Club POS System

This is a request for a Club-oriented POS System. We are a private Yacht Club with approx 600 member potential. We use NextPOS POS System for our bar operations (you can see this and download demo at NextPOS site). If you are familiar with NextPOS it would be very helpful! What we need ... and no one we can find supplies ... is a POS System that is 100% touch-screen oriented (except for system administration) that allows for our requirements as described in the attachment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) To be a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform To run on Stand-alone or local-networked IBM-compatible PC's with Windows XP, using standard touchscreens and receipt printers, with collection processes linked to PCCharge Pro for credit card handling.
