Channel Interface (repost)

I need a GA to design a channel for my hotel client. There will be a total of 8 channels, plus a left/right arrow, and main menu button. I would like the channels to look like th old AOL channel styles or the Mapquest style buttons. I want them to be stylish and functional as they will be used with touch screen monitors. The eight channels are (In no particular order): Area Attractions - This channel will deal with information pertaining to the city area Local Gems - This channel deals with information that the locals favor and frequent Weather - Will show the 7 day forecast Music - A music channel that will display 8 genres of music Arts & Entertainment - Highlights the art and entertainment of the city Hotel Info - Provides all the information, services, and amenities of the hotel Travel - This channel will showcase travelling in the city, region, and area of the hotel Directions - This channel will provide directions to/from any of the areas attractions In addition to designing artowrk for each channel, I also need on the botom of the page a left and right arrow, as well as a 'main menu' button. This interface will be for software that will have a 'touchscreen monitor.' The monitors will come in two sizes. 11" and 15 " I would like a one inch margin for each size. I need the artwork channels to come in jpeg, html, and .pdf formats. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform jpeg, html, .pdf
