Backup mySQL InnoDB WIndows, C# Console Application, incremental as well as full, without locking the database

Need a

(a)?

C# console application (Windows) that will be able to backup MySQL InnoDB database without me having to bring down the database while backing up and capable of backing up full vs incremental.

(b) Console application should be named 'racMySQLBackUp'

(c) Should take the following parameters

? ? ? database name

? ? ? database userid

? ? ? database password

? ? ? database path name

? ? ? backup type (full or incremental)

? ? ? backup output path

? ? the parameter should not be positional, but keyword driven ... like

[url removed, login to view] /databasename:XXXXXX /login:XXXXX /password:XXXXX /type:full /databasefolderlocation:"c:\temp\rac\database" ? /outputfolderlocation:"c:\temp\rac\databasebackup"?

(d)

The backup file should be named with timestamp and mode (full vs incremental)

<databasename>-backup-<full|incremental><timestamp>
