Automated Wordpress blog finder and comment

I need a tool that will allow you to search for up to 5 different key words and return a set of blog URLs. in a separate area it will allow you to enter up to 5 different messages, 1 of which it will post automatically. ## Deliverables I expect the result to do this: - take in a list of keywords and search for blogs that contain these keywords - the blogs should not contain rel="nofollow" in the links of comments -Display clickable url's display them in a table along with their page rank - Show the success or failure of the comment being posted some type of report - The blogs should not contain the rel="nofollow" attribute in the link
