Anti punkbuster, GUID/UUID

A website I visit forces the install of a .EXE file. You can only visit this website in IE, no other browser is allowed to install the .EXE file. This .EXE file installs on your computer and then uses the following information to create a GUID/UUID of your computer: 1. the serial number of your hard drive, 2. the bios version of your motherboard, 3. the bios manufacturer of your motherboard, 4. the bios element id, 5. the windows cd key which was entered when windows was first installed on your computer, 6. the windows product id stored in your registry 7. and the windowsnt digitalproductid stored in your registry. This GUID/UUID gets sent back to the website, where you are checked against. The website will then let you proceed or not proceed. I'm looking for a workround on this. Since it seems to be grabbing a serial number from a HD, I've wondered could a CD be used instead, like boot windows from cd, and have it be a live rewriteable cd, so the .EXE gets written to a cd, but this wouldn't work if the CD didn't carry a serial number like a HD does.
