ASPX Coder Needed to Build Additional features to (aspx) Autoresponder using MS Access Database

I have a server based autoresponder application built in asp.net code and need to clean up several features and add additional features to the program. I will also need to combine the access database to another access database on the same server. I am looking for an experienced coder that can make the changes quickly and cost effectively. I anticipate it will be between $100 - $700. I have more detailed specifications to provide to bidders with a flowchart(s) of the application. The application is currently located on the server and is written for .net 2.0 so the coder will need to fully understand [login to view URL] coding, microsoft access database, and be able to work [login to view URL] selected bidder might need to sign a non-disclosure statement to have access to the programs and server. Please submit your information George ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
