A single page, capture pages copied to 4 domains, built with my Wordpress Thesis theme

We need 4 single page websites built. The pages will all be the same but with different contact information being retrieved from the site visitors, each page will be used for a different marketing campaign for the same project. The sites will need a background designed that can be used for all 4 sites. The sites will be build using the Wordpress theme Thesis that we have purchased. Each site will be a simple capture page designed to gather people's information (name, email, phone number) Each page will have 4 videos, a few images and 2 places to capture visitor information. The budget for this project is $90-190. I will release a milestone payment when I approve the design and complete payment once the installation is complete for all 4 sites. The project needs to be completed in 1-3 days. This is the first in a series of projects so if you give a excellent price and do excellent work you will get hired again and again!
