A renovation of our exisiting website, profile structure and backend database

I am enquiring about costs for renovating our website. What we needs is a register/sign in option with an updatable profile structure, a back end database storing all the information of our respondents and control panel for admin to administer the site. We would like to keep the same house style, colours etc. We need to allow our respondents to update their details once signing in. Also when projects become available we send out a panel email to everyone in our database.
